Angle Grinder Parameters and Comparison

An angle grinder is one of the inquired models of our customers and a universal basic angle grinder for many buyers.

1. Angle grinder quality classification.
Grinder we currently classify its quality into 3 levels: Class C, Class, B, and Class A. Class C is a normal level with a basic function to fulfill homework DIYers’ needs, suited for those markets where price competition is very fierce e.Class A is for those brands that are strict for their quality reputation, we’ve made it of high-quality material.

2. Difference between 3 quality levels.
①Motor size and material
All 3 levels of the model use a 48mm height armature and stator, and one concerned question is the material of the f motor coil, we use pure copper wire for 3 levels, but there are also small differences. For Class C and Class B,  the armature is made of 0.31mm 180℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire and the tator is made of 0.41mm 130℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire,  the silver content of the commutator is 0.03%, while Class A armature is made of 0.38mm 200℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire and stator are made of 0.51mm 200℃ high-temperature-resistant copper wire the, the silver content of commutator is 0.08%.
